This site is provided by the Computing and Information Sciences department at K-State to help manage our research projects. It hosts projects from several labs including the SAnToS Lab (including the Bandera, Cadena, and SpAda projects) and the MACR Lab (including the agentTool and PRIMO projects).

Only projects related to the CIS department are hosted on this server. If you would like to host a project here, please discuss it with a site administrator.

Projects Server Migration Scheduled - July 7, 2008 Todd Wallentine 2008-07-01 On Monday (July 7) we are migrating to the new server. This will mean that the server will be unavailable for a period of time as the migration happens. We hope that it will only be for the morning (8am-1p Central Time) but it might last longer if we run into unexpected issues. Unexpected Outage This Weekend Todd Wallentine 2008-06-23 We are sorry that the projects machine was unavailable this weekend. We were unaware of the scheduled maintenance to the power supply for our building (Nichols Hall). So all of our servers were unavailable. Migration Update Todd Wallentine 2008-06-19 It appears that we are getting close to migrating to our new project management server (new hardware and new software). The new server will be running on a dual processor AMD Opteron 248 with 12G of RAM. The new software will be the commercial version of GForge provided by the GForge Group. Power Outage From Storm Todd Wallentine 2008-06-12 Last nights tornado here in Manhattan, KS caused power outages on K-State's campus. Fortunately, the outage in Nichols Hall only lasted until early this morning. I was able to reboot the projects machine around 10am this morning and everything seems back to normal. Network Outage Planned - 25-26 April 2008 Todd Wallentine 2008-04-24 The main K-State campus network will be serviced this weekend so there might be issues reaching this site as well as the other SAnToS websites. The outages will be starting Friday April 25th at 10p (our time) and finishing by Saturday April 26th at 10p.
