We have implemented and installed a new file release system that includes click-thru licenses, tracking of downloads (for better stats), and moderated downloads. Bugs and feature requests should be submited to the Site Admin project.
Note, this work is based upon the GForge file release system source so it will also be GPL and will be released at some point in the future. If you are interested in the source, post a request in the help forum for this project.
